Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item received is damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. An unboxing video is required to process your request.

If the item is approved for return:
replacement (subject to availability) or a refund 2–3 business days and will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

No Refund or Exchange In the Following Cases:

non-refundable and non-returnable.
used will not be accepted.
sales or promotions are final sale.

color or design variations are not considered defects. Our products are handcrafted, and minor differences may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
3 failed delivery attempts.
incorrect or outdated shipping address will not be refunded.
natural calamities or external circumstances are beyond our control.

shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.
